Nico Sturm began his NHL career with the Minnesota Wild during the 2019-2020 season.
He got traded to the Colorado Avalanche in March 2022 and went on to win the Stanley Cup with them in the same season. Since July 2022, he has been with the San Jose Sharks. While not a prolific scorer, Sturm has contributed to the team’s success with his solid defensive play and ability to contribute in various situations.
