This private collection website is designed to use as little personal data as possible. No Google Fonts are loaded, no external CAPTCHA is used and no contact-form messages are stored as WordPress posts.

2. Website delivery and hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically required connection data, in particular the IP address, date and time, requested file or URL, referrer, browser, operating system, access status and transferred data volume.
This processing is required to deliver the website, maintain stability and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. According to the host's privacy information, regular web server log files are deleted after no more than seven days; longer retention may be necessary in the event of a specific security incident.

Fonts, media and external content
The website uses local or system fonts available on the visitor's device. Google Fonts are not loaded. Photos and the logo are served from the website's own server. No YouTube videos, social-media feeds or comparable third-party content are currently embedded.
Ordinary links to external websites establish a connection to the respective provider only after you click the link. From that point onward, the privacy rules of the external website apply.
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed in order to respond to your inquiry. The form data is not stored as an inquiry in the WordPress database; it is sent directly to the configured contact address using the server mail function.
To protect against automated abuse, the form uses an invisible honeypot field, a short minimum completion time and a temporary rate limit. A non-reversible check value is generated from technical connection data and retained for no more than approximately 15 minutes. No external CAPTCHA, tracking or analytics service is used for the form, and the form does not set additional cookies.
Providing these details is voluntary. Without a name, valid email address and message, however, the inquiry cannot be processed through the contact form.
The legal basis for processing general inquiries is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Email communication data is deleted when the inquiry has been fully dealt with and no legal retention obligation or legitimate interest requires further storage. The same principles apply to direct contact by email.
Recipients and data security
Where required for the respective purpose, recipients of personal data include ALL-INKL.COM as hosting and mail-transport provider and public authorities where disclosure is required by law. The website is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent that has been given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, an email to the contact address above is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.
